JCT was founded in July 2013 by Ioannis and Ria Karapatakis, who saw a need for better service and attention to detail in properties across Dubai. With a focus on small and medium-sized businesses and customers, the founders started the company with a mission to provide high quality fitout and renovation services for offices, commercial spaces, retail spaces, and residential properties such as apartments and villas.
At JCT, our vision is to create functional and more enjoyable homes by building extensions and homes from the ground up for people everywhere. We strive to achieve this by consistently delivering cutting-edge products and services that simplify and enhance daily life.

Our journey began in July 2013 with a great capital investment, and since then we have continued to expand and evolve.
In July 2015, we upgraded our capabilities and registered with Dubai Municipality
In August 2020, we further upgraded our license to G+1 contracting.
