We bought our flat few years ago and the apartment was rented until the end of September 2015. Before moving in, we wanted to do the necessary renovations. We choose Joint Creative Technical Services LLC to do the work. They help us identifying what needed to be done. With the support of JCT we decided to repaint all rooms, upgrade and install new LED lights, renew the bathrooms and remodel the kitchen and floor tiles, paint internal doors and wardrobes, design and install new mirrors with LED strip lights. 

We also remove previous radio, audio systems and replaced it by Sonos. They also fixed, in my apartment, the issue of bad smell which was there before the renovation. JCT delivered a full support, facilitated the decision making process, came with recommendations using 3D visuals, delivered a quality products on time and within budget. The renovation works went very well, were very well managed and required no intervention from our side.

I believe that the battle is won in the planning. This applied to the approach we took for the renovation of our house in the Springs.
